Semirosas is an employment consulting firm. We perform one-time placements of job seekers with licensed/registered agencies or other types of businesses. We match job seekers with our clients and arrange an interview.
Clients pay a one-time fee, a percentage of the negotiated base salary in the offer letter. Payment is due on the employee's or independent contractor's first day. If the individual resigns from the position, in writing, within 90 days, we'll provide a complimentary replacement. One time fees are as follows:
For salaries below $100,000, the fee is 10% of the base salary.
For salaries above $100,000, the fee is 20% of the base salary.

Please fill out the form below to let us know about your employment needs. Filling out this form does not guarantee that we will refer you job-seekers. Job-seekers will be referred to tentative employers as they become available.
Employer receives next steps via email
The email indicates that the questionnaire response will be reviewed in order to identify the criteria for matching the employer with job-seekers. A booking link will be included for an optional meeting with our team for further discussion.
We send job seekers' profiles and resumes to the tentative employer for review. The client decides which job seekers to interview and hire.
The client (tentative employer) is charged a one-time fee per job-seeker we refer them.
We follow up with the job-seeker and the client
We follow up with the job seeker and the client to assess whether the match was successful or additional services are needed.
